LEARN TO COLOR THE SELANI WAY

I've seen some cel-shading tutorials before that make everything waaaayy too complicated. Cel-shading is very simple; no fancy tools or techniques are needed! So WHY do some people insist upon using these overly complicated techniques and, what's more, telling others that that is the only and/or best way to do it? Nuh uh, that's not nice.
This is how I do it, I taught myself this technique on my own (which I'm sure you guessed, since it's really pretty simple), and it works really well for me. I don't know if it's the most efficient technique, but I've never had any trouble with it. I don't know if too many people would be interested, but since some people like these sorts of tutorials and I was bored and needed something to do, I threw this together.
